Update Primary Contact’s Information

If you’re listed as the Primary Contact on your plan, you can update your own contact details directly from Account Settings. Here’s how to do it.

Step 1: Log In to the Portal

Go to the login page at https://app.aboon.com. Enter your email and password, then click Log In to reach your dashboard.

Step 2: Open Account Settings

Select your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, choose Account Settings.

Step 3: Edit Your Information

In the Your Account section, click Edit. Update your details as needed, like your name, email address, phone number, or title.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click Save. You’ll see an “Account updated” confirmation message once your changes are complete.

💡 Tip: If you’re the Primary Contact and need to update another user’s contact details, use the Edit Menu in the “Who has access to your plan” section instead. Refer to Update User Contact Details and Permissions for step-by-step instructions.
