Step 1: Log in to the portal
Go to https://app.aboon.com and sign in with your email and password. You’ll land on your dashboard.
Step 2: Find your user entry
From the dashboard, scroll down to Who has access to your plan. Find your name in the list.
Step 3: Review your role and permissions
Next to your name, you’ll see your role and any permissions assigned to you:
Primary Contact — You’re the main point of contact for the plan. You can manage other users and update your own information in Account Settings.
Authorized Signer — You can act on behalf of the company, including signing service agreements or plan documents.
Manage Users — You can add and invite new users to the plan.
If none of these appear next to your name, you have view-only access to the plan.
Tip: If you need additional permissions, contact your Primary Contact or plan administrator to request an update.
