Check Your Portal Permissions

This article shows you how to view your role and permissions in the portal. Knowing your access level helps you understand what you can do and what requires approval from someone else.

Updated over a month ago

Step 1: Log in to the portal

Go to https://app.aboon.com and sign in with your email and password. You’ll land on your dashboard.

Step 2: Find your user entry

From the dashboard, scroll down to Who has access to your plan. Find your name in the list.

Step 3: Review your role and permissions

Next to your name, you’ll see your role and any permissions assigned to you:

  • Primary Contact — You’re the main point of contact for the plan. You can manage other users and update your own information in Account Settings.

  • Authorized Signer — You can act on behalf of the company, including signing service agreements or plan documents.

  • Manage Users — You can add and invite new users to the plan.

If none of these appear next to your name, you have view-only access to the plan.

Tip: If you need additional permissions, contact your Primary Contact or plan administrator to request an update.
