Update User Contact Details and Permissions

Use these steps to update a user’s contact information or permissions in the portal. You can edit names, email addresses, phone numbers, titles, and access settings from one screen.

Step 1: Open the Edit Menu

From your Dashboard, scroll to “Who has access to your plan.”

Locate the user you want to update.

Click the Edit Menu to the right of their name (the green circle with three dots).

Step 2: Open Contact and Permission Settings

Select Edit Contact Information from the menu. This opens the user profile, where you can update contact details and permissions.

Step 3: Update Details and Permissions

You can edit any of the following fields:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Title

You can also update access permissions:

Authorized Signer — Allows the user to act on behalf of the company, such as signing service agreements or plan documents.

Can Invite Other Users — Allows the user to add and invite other users to the plan.

⚠️ Important: If you change a user’s email address, let them know. They may be prompted to validate their new email upon their next login.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click Save.

A “User updated” confirmation message appears once the changes are saved.
